ABOUT OUR FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT:

Richard L. Kuper has over thirty years of business and technology experience that he taps on to help companies to help their businesses grow. In 1985, after several years of increasing levels of management responsibilities in large corporations, Richard started his own consulting firm. His company, R.L. KUPER, Inc., provides Management Consulting services, including Process, Procedures, Standards, Best Practices, Requirements Management and Technical Writing/Documentation. Richard describes what he does as “playing Sherlock Holmes within an organization.” By that he means that he investigates the issues and comes up with solutions. A company motto explains why businesses need and should call on his services: “Because it needs to be Written | Analyzed | Designed | Improved | Explained™”.
